Honyol is the Korean term for “half blood” or mixed race. I chose this name as a reflection of my culinary background and influence: half Korean, half American, raised by a Persian restauranteur.

All of these cultures have influenced the foods I was raised eating and cooking. I love to bring Asian and Middle Eastern flavors and techniques into the California Fresh dishes my clients love.

I’ve spent over a decade in food— managing restaurant kitchens & bars, working as a private chef, teaching cooking classes, and leading events for corporate catering companies. I would love to bring a truly unique and joyful experience to your next event!
